Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Operations/Data Support Associate to assist in collecting, validating, and maintaining field service data for ATM maintenance and support. Based in Fatih, Istanbul, you will help ensure accurate data and smooth coordination of service activities.

You will monitor service operations, coordinate between service teams and vendors, and support reporting of operational metrics while ensuring documents are properly archived and accessible for audits.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate field service visit records from ATM service and retail service engineers.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities conducted in the field.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of service reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain service databases, records, and operational reports.
• Assist in monitoring service performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Support coordination between service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure operational documents and records are properly organized and archived.
