Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Istanbul at the Ataşehir office. The internship runs for 6 months with potential renewal based on performance, requiring three days per week in the office.

You will support the Customer Service team by qualifying service item data in SFDC and Navision, updating rental equipment records, and maintaining data integrity to identify sales opportunities. Strong CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior year of university with expected graduation Summer 2027.
• Interest in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Executing daily service item data qualification and validation activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and Navision.
• Entering and updating records related to rental equipment and trade-in sales returns for all Videojet equipment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service item data in SFDC and Navision to support the identification and qualification of sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Providing weekly status updates and progress reports to the Customer Service Manager.
