Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a technically capable analyst to monitor ATM fleet performance and proactively address issues. You will collaborate with technical support, field teams, and engineering to ensure the right parts and guidance are available for repairs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and fluency in English and Turkish. Prior experience in L2 support and NCR Atleos hardware knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proactive, analytical and technical mindset.
• Strong English language proficiency and Turkish language required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/technical sciences.
• Experience supporting NCR Atleos' financial products and knowledge of NCR Atleos' hardware solutions (preferred).
• Experience in L2 support environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor ATM Fleet Performance using remote access and analytical tools.
• Identify Poor Performing ATMs and tag for priority maintenance.
• Proactively order parts to reduce unnecessary field visits.
• Tag ATMs with potential performance issues to prioritize repairs.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and prevent escalations.
