Zuma Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager in Turkey. You will manage reservations, coordinate with the front-of-house team, and ensure VIP guests are accommodated while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer calls efficiently to maximize capacity and guest experience, amending bookings and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Recognize and accommodate regular guests and VIPs, monitor waiting lists, and maximize seating capacity to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reservations system to efficiently confirm, cancel, and adjust bookings as required.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth seating and flow of service.
• Actively work closely with the Reservations Manager to ensure seamless coordination and assist in overseeing the reservations team.
• Train and support the reservations team to maintain Zuma’s exceptional guest experience.

Main Duties
