Job summary

Damen seeks a Project Manager, Engineering in Turkey to lead engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and regulatory compliance. You will manage the engineering scope, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and oversee planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, at least 7 years of relevant experience, strong Yacht building knowledge, proven leadership, planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of yacht building, engineering processes, and regulations.
• Proven leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead and coordinate engineering teams and resources
• Monitor progress, man-hours, and deliverables
• Act as the technical authority and ensure compliance with regulations
