Authentic Seconds in Turkey is seeking an Assistant E-commerce Specialist to support day-to-day online operations, product listing, and content coordination. You will collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Technology to ensure accurate, on-brand product presentations on our site.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop expertise in luxury fashion e-commerce, with prior e-commerce experience and a track record from top universities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from top universities.
• Previous experience in e-commerce.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and strong in task and process management.
• Experience in luxury retail fashion or textiles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection, tagging and periodic planning of products to be launched on the website.
• Review system-generated product listings, identify and resolve missing information, and ensure products are published accurately and on time.
• Manage product placement, visibility and on-site merchandising, treating the website as a key brand storefront.
• Monitor seasonal and industry trends and plan relevant category, section and product structures across the website.
• Coordinate with relevant teams throughout product photography and content processes.
• Coordinate e-commerce processes across Operations, Purchasing and Technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies across e-commerce processes and support their implementation.

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant E-commerce Specialist to join Authentic Seconds and support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce operations.
