Responsibilities

• Support and develop delivery operations across the region to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead route optimization initiatives and support the planning of new delivery depots and service areas.
• Contribute to regional network development and operational improvement projects.
• Train and coach route planners on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs within delivery operations.
• Support business units in evaluating and developing delivery subcontractor solutions and cost structures.
• Analyze customer, employee, and driver feedback to identify improvement actions and enhance service performance.
• Share best practices across countries and promote standardized ways of working.
• Conduct operational reviews and audits to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Act as a key user and support the deployment and continuous development of delivery-related systems and digital tools.

We are looking for a Regional Delivery Specialist to help drive the development and efficiency of our delivery operations across multiple countries in Asia. In this role, you will work closely with local operations teams, route planners, and business leaders to optimize delivery networks, improve customer service, reduce costs, and support the implementation of new tools and processes.

As our Regional Delivery Specialist, you will:

• Support and develop delivery operations across the region to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead route optimization initiatives and support the planning of new delivery depots and service areas.
• Contribute to regional network development and operational improvement projects.
• Train and coach route planners on new processes, tools, and best practices.
