TOFAŞ is seeking a visionary AI Engineering leader to spearhead AI initiatives within vehicle development engineering. You will establish and manage a dynamic team focused on designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions to advance automotive innovation and excellence.

The role requires leading AI projects, strong technical AI/ML skills, and the ability to coordinate with other teams to integrate AI into existing processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
• Strong technical proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies and their application in product development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving technological excellence.
• Ability to interface effectively with other team leaders and stakeholders
