İnt-Er Yapı, founded in 1995 as part of ÖZAK Global Holding, seeks an Architectural Coordination Professional for hotel projects. The role focuses on coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, resolving clashes, and ensuring document control.

Senior Architects and managerial level professionals are welcome, with the position tailored to experience. The candidate will support the Project Technical Office and participate in progress meetings to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination within large-scale hotel or luxury hotel projects.
• Experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in construction drawings, detail resolution, and site coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawings from multiple disciplines, ensuring proper superimposition and resolution of clashes or inconsistencies.
• Prepare architectural procurement specifications aligned with implementation drawings (excluding quantity take-off/BOQ).
• Support Project Technical Office Management with architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical specifications and drawings.
• Attend periodic project progress meetings and implement follow-up actions as decisions dictate.
• Upload project documents to the document management system accurately and maintain traceability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that drawings and documents from different disciplines are superimposed and coordinated, and that any clashes, inconsistencies, or non-conformities are identified and resolved.
• Ensure that technical specifications for architectural procurement are prepared in accordance with the implementation drawings, excluding quantity take-off/BOQ preparation.
• Provide architectural support to the Project Technical Office Management in the preparation of architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical specifications, and provide the necessary information and drawings in line with the requirements of the Project Technical Office.
• Attend and/or provide input for periodic project progress meetings, and ensure the necessary follow-up actions are carried out in accordance with the decisions taken.
• Ensure that project documents are uploaded to the document management system accurately, completely, and on time, and that all relevant files are properly tracked and maintained within the system.
