A leading tour operator is seeking a Destination Manager based in Antalya to oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include budget management, KPI achievement, and stakeholder collaboration. Ideal candidates should have extensive management experience, excellent communication skills, and preferably Turkish language proficiency. Qualifications

• Previous management experience in Holiday or Cruise Operations role required.
• Experience leading and managing large operational teams is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgeting, and delivery of the Jet2holidays service across Antalya.
• Work with local agents and senior UK stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
• Lead and support team operations and ensure service level agreements are met.
