Qualifications

• Experience in construction or engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design.
• 15+ years in construction management or pre-construction with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 10+ years leading development and pre-construction for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities (site selection, site evaluation, budget estimate, concept design, schematic design, detail design) for complex projects.
• Identify process improvements, analyze design conflicts, evaluate resources, and predict/mitigate risks.
• Assess complex situations requiring leadership visibility; apply judgment to navigate decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply analytical skills to navigate local regulations and customer requirements; develop innovative solutions.
• Create and own written communications to business partners and stakeholders on pre-construction matters.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
• Travel up to 50% across AMET region for site evaluations and construction oversight.
