Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications. You will drive automation, containerization, and cloud-based delivery to ensure scalability and reliability across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams, and requires strong knowledge of OpenShift, Terraform, and industry-standard tools. Fluent English and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree as stated above.
8+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation and cloud environments.
Experience with OpenShift, Docker, or other container orchestration tools.
Linux and Windows Server familiarity.
Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Manage source control with Git and branching strategies.
Collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams to streamline builds and releases.
Integrate and maintain Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Fortify.
Support and troubleshoot Linux and Windows environments.
Develop and manage containerized apps with OpenShift.
Implement GitOps and IaC with Terraform.
Contribute to configuration management, release management, and database deployment.
Prepare progress and risk reports for stakeholders.
