Job summary

Jobrack is seeking an Operations Manager to own brand-building operations across sourcing, catalogue, design, and PPC for our growing Amazon portfolio. You will coordinate multiple pipelines, keep clients updated, and drive improvements with clear owners and deadlines.

You'll lead a small team of specialists, run weekly operations meetings, and report progress to the founders. The role is fully remote with EU time-zone overlap and potential growth into broader agency operations.

Qualifications

• Hyper-organised, high-energy with proactive problem detection.
• Strong client-management maturity handling difficult conversations.
• People-management reflex to lead specialists and run effective meetings.
• Strong AI fluency to improve workflows using AI tools.
• 7+ years of operations leadership in e-commerce or supply-chain heavy business.
• Experience with Amazon FBA, catalogue workflows, and product launches understood, not required to have launched personally.

Responsibilities

• Run the new product pipeline from ideas to sourcing quotes.
• Coordinate client launch steps with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Start with daily 30-minute pulse checks for blockers and quotes.
• Work with supply chain to track orders, stock and logistics.
• Coordinate catalogue, design and PPC with timely delivery.
• Own the brand-building client journey with proactive updates.
• Maintain trackers and weekly reporting; flag issues early.
• Improve SOPs and ClickUp workflows; explore AI automation.
