Responsibilities

• Optimize listings end-to-end to maximize click-through and conversion.
• Manage guest communication with a consistent trust-building strategy.
• Respond to reviews and leverage guest feedback to boost bookings and reputation.
• Directly handle platform relationships and drive solutions with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Audit competitors in target markets and apply learnings to own listings.
• Coordinate with pricing systems to align price, position, and presentation.
