Responsedga Technology And Marketing Inc. is looking for a specialist to enhance the efficiency of Growth OS focusing on landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvements. You will design and iterate systematic test loops using A/B testing tools while analysing user behaviour to optimise the conversion funnel.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in CRO or UX optimisation and a strong analytical background. This role strives to create data-proven improvements in user conversion rates.

Competenze

• 2+ years in CRO, UX optimization, or conversion rate engineering.

You increase Growth OS efficiency at the bottom of the funnel. Landing page optimisation, A/B test architecture, user behaviour analysis, and conversion funnel engineering. You build systematic test loops with Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely, compounding conversion rate with every iteration. Not guesses — data-proven improvement loops.

What you'll operate:

• Landing page optimisation and A/B test architecture
• User behaviour analysis using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis
• Systematic test loop design — hypothesis, test, measure, iterate
• Conversion funnel engineering across multi-step user journeys

What the system requires:

• 2+ years in CRO, UX optimisation, or conversion rate engineering
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize)
• Strong analytical skills — you design experiments with statistical rigour
• You compound conversion rates, not just test button colours.
