Job summary

Manuport Logistics is expanding its Istanbul team. We are seeking an Air Freight Export Operation Specialist to handle end-to-end export shipments, documentation, airline bookings, and coordination with airlines, agents, and customers from our Ataşehir office.

The role requires at least 2 years of air freight export experience, solid English skills, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in air freight export operations.
• Knowledge of export processes, docs, airline bookings and procedures.

Knowledge is power

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight export operations, preferably within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Hands-on knowledge of air freight export processes, documentation, airline bookings, and operational procedures.
• Experience or working knowledge of air freight import operations is considered an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong customer and business orientation with an analytical and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, airlines, agents, suppliers, and business partners.
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.

• Position is based at our Istanbul HQ – Allianz Tower, Ataşehir.
