Job summary

Prometa AI is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI infrastructures. You will architect multi-agent, LLM-driven systems and drive customer engagements, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical workshops.

Responsibilities include enterprise integration across on-premise and cloud platforms, building robust data pipelines, ensuring GDPR/KVKK compliance, and overseeing containerized deployments with Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 10+ years designing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years in agentic or presales AI architecture.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to executives.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and real-time AI systems.

At Prometa.ai, we design next-generation AI systems by combining the strengths of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent workflows.

We are currently looking for an AI Architect who can lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI infrastructures—someone who not only understands the latest research but can also architect robust solutions that bridge experimentation and enterprise-level deployment!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect Agentic AI Systems: Design, implement, and optimize multi-agent architectures (LLM-driven, RAG-enabled, planning/reasoning) tailored for diverse industry contexts including banking, insurance, telecom, crypto, travel, and manufacturing. Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for customers at different management and technical levels.
• Customer Engagement & PreSales Excellence: Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with clients across various sectors to understand business challenges, identify AI transformation opportunities, and demonstrate Prometa’s agentic AI solutions. Deliver impactful presentations and proof-of-concept sessions that bridge business needs and technical possibilities.
• Enterprise Integration: Build AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with both legacy (mainframe, SOAP, proprietary APIs) and cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure, GCP), while clearly articulating integration strategies to C-level executives and IT leaders.
• Data & Knowledge Infrastructure: Design robust data ingestion pipelines, embedding-based retrieval systems, and vector/graph databases for real-time reasoning across structured and unstructured enterprise data. Explain data strategies in an accessible way to both business and technical audiences.
• Security & Compliance Leadership: Ensure AI systems are compliant with GDPR, KVKK, MASAK, PCI-DSS, Basel III, and other regulatory frameworks. Communicate security principles effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Scalable AI Deployments: Oversee containerized, GPU-optimized deployments (Kubernetes, OpenShift), ensuring high performance, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency for thousands of concurrent sessions, while aligning system scalability narratives with business growth plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and compliance teams to identify AI-driven improvement areas. Lead collaborative workshops and design sessions to co-create solutions aligned with client objectives.
• AI Governance & Monitoring: Establish monitoring, evaluation, and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring explainability, bias detection, and transparency — and communicate these frameworks clearly to enterprise governance bodies.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of frontier model developments (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Llama-3) and recommend compliant, domain-specific AI solutions. Represent Prometa in conferences and client innovation sessions as a thought leader.
• Mentorship & Enablement: Provide technical and soft-skill mentorship to AI/ML engineers and junior architects, emphasizing consultative communication, customer empathy, and storytelling in technical presentations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale AI/ML solution design, including 3+ years in agentic or presales AI architecture.
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts in business-friendly language across C-level, managerial, and technical audiences.
• Expertise in LLM engineering (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, hallucination control) with strong customer-facing presentation experience.
• Solid background in microservices, APIs, and middleware (REST/gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, Argo, Tekton) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, storytelling, and relationship-building skills across industries.
• Experience conducting technical demos, workshops, and proposal sessions with customers.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with real-time AI systems (voice assistants, conversational orchestration).
• Strong presentation skills with an emphasis on customer empathy and consultative selling.
• Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proven experience building trust-based relationships with senior business and technical leaders.
