We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about solving real-world AI problems across diverse industries such as retail, finance, and travel — someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment with state-of-the-art technologies, benchmark AI systems, understand their inner workings, and enhance their performance while tackling complex business and engineering challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• LLM Engineering & Agentic Workflows: Work with state-of-the-art models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, or similar models, fine-tuning and optimizing them for specific business needs and creating agentic workflows.
• Cross-industry AI Solutions: Gain exposure to various industries such as retail, finance, and travel while solving business problems within these domains.
• Production AI Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments using APIs and technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, and Docker, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Production-grade Python Development: Demonstrate a strong command of Python by writing clean, efficient, and production-ready code following software engineering principles and design patterns.
• AI Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models for peak performance, scalability, and efficiency, particularly in cloud environments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products, including recommendation engines, document retrieval systems, and conversational agents.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI research and translate these advancements into practical applications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/software engineering, with significant projects involving NLP, NLU, Machine Learning, Image Processing, and/or LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience working with Hugging Face Transformers or similar libraries.
• Hands-on experience building applications such as language translation, question answering, text summarization, intent detection, and image processing, and deploying them to production environments.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices and design patterns, as well as integrating AI/ML systems into end-to-end solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• PhD in Computer Engineering.
• Proven ability to fine-tune models such as GPT, BERT, or LLaMA for specific tasks.
• Expertise in optimizing AI systems for performance, including model compression, quantization, and GPU/TPU acceleration.
