Job summary

Octet Turkey is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive our AI transformation by designing and developing enterprise-grade AI solutions for production environments.

You will work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI on platforms for financial services, focusing on scalable, secure, and regulation-compliant deployments.

The role emphasizes building reliable systems, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record with production-grade apps powered by LLMs.
• Experience with LLM engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency building AI agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong command of retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and hybrid search.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and production AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve scalable AI solutions for production.
• Work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms in financial services.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and reliability in production deployments.

In this role, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms. You will play a key role in designing, building, deploying, and continuously improving scalable, secure, and regulation-compliant AI solutions for the financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience..
• Proven track record of designing, building, deploying, and operating production-grade applications powered by large language models (LLMs)..
• Deep expertise in LLM engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization..
• Hands‑on proficiency in building AI agents with frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen..
• Strong command of advanced retrieval pipelines, including document processing, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases, reranking, and hybrid search..
• Ability to establish robust evaluation frameworks, tracing and observability mechanisms, regression testing, and AI quality‑assurance processes..
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and the deployment and operation of AI systems in production..
• Background in developing real‑time and conversational AI applications..
• Capability to design and implement AI‑powered workflow automation and orchestration solutions, including external system integrations, APIs, and event‑driven processes..
• Knowledge of delivering AI solutions in regulated environments; financial‑services experience is preferred..
• Demonstrated ability to deliver highly available, scalable, reliable, and operationally mature AI systems..
