Job summary

TrendMicro's TrendAI team seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales and customers, guiding deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions. You will own security architecture discussions, run workshops, and shape customer strategy with strong problem-solving skills.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and support to ensure successful outcomes and secure AI-driven deployments with focus on Cloud Security and CNAPP.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering or presales in enterprise settings.
• Proven customer-facing solution design, demos, PoCs/PoVs and workshops.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and threat landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Design practical, scalable security solutions addressing business needs.
• Partner with Sales to communicate security value and win opportunities.
• Lead technical workshops, PoCs/PoVs and customer evaluations.
• Enable channel partners and system integrators on TrendAI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support for outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM, CNAPP, XDR and related areas.
