Job summary

Optimum7 is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to own client email programs end to end, from planning and client communication to implementation, optimization, and reporting. You will manage multiple Klaviyo accounts, build flows, and ensure pixel-perfect email templates from Figma.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with US-based clients, align with Turkish-speaking internal teams, and drive performance with data-driven optimizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with live examples or portfolio.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily US-based client communication.
• Turkish fluency preferred for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own 3-5 Klaviyo accounts end to end: planning, segmentation, builds, scheduling, QA, reporting.
• Manage client relationships: monthly meetings, approvals, performance updates.
• Recommend best practices and push back on detrimental requests.
• Build and maintain automated flows: welcome, cart abandon, browse, post-purchase, win-back.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready Klaviyo templates with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Ensure blocks match Figma layouts, spacing, hierarchy, and structure.
• Configure CTAs, dynamic content, tracking links, and UTM parameters.
• Configure flow logic: triggers, splits, delays, segmentation.
• Perform QA and test emails across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, suppression lists, and sender reputation.
• Ensure campaigns and automations are production-ready before launch.
