Job summary

Mundi is seeking a Content Engineer to operate as a one-person marketing engine. You will own strategy, production, and publishing for all content surfaces, with AI embedded at the core.

You’ll transform a minimal content footprint into a full media engine across website, blog, newsletter, social, and events. You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape positioning, use customer signals, and build AI-powered workflows that scale with quality.

• Experience building a content operation from zero to pipeline.
• Strong ability to design AI-powered editorial workflows.
• Proven knack for creating content that drives demand and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, production, and publishing for all owned and earned content surfaces.
• Turn website, blog, newsletters, social channels, and events into a cohesive media engine.
• Build prompts, templates, agents, and workflows with AI at the core.
• Align with CEO on positioning and use customer signals to steer content.
