Job summary

Mundi is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit with customers from contract to live production, wiring banks and ERP integrations, and shipping customer-specific automation for treasury workflows.

You will also build AI tooling and onboarding patterns to scale the customer base, while collaborating with leadership to define success and drive early-stage growth in a Turkish fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of operating experience at a startup, with a track record shipping customer-facing solutions.
• Experience shipping production code with AI and building agents/workflows.
• Comfort demonstrating to executives and onboarding customers in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to ship technical integrations end-to-end (banks, ERP, treasury config).
• Own end-to-end delivery from contract signature to live, automated treasury deployments.
• Build AI tooling and onboarding workflows to scale GTM and customer success.
