Qualifications

• Has unusually high ownership and bias to action.
• Can go from problem discovery to prototype to shipped iteration.
• Understands product, technology, data, and business.
• Is comfortable working with engineers at a technical level and can reason through trade-offs.
• Uses AI tools as part of their default workflow, not as a side experiment.
• Has good understanding of the Turkish banking products and the landscape.
• Is curious about financial products, consumer behavior, marketplaces, conversion funnels, and digital distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact opportunities across Hesapkurdu’s consumer and partner journeys, turn ambiguous problems into clear product bets, and ship improvements that move real business metrics.
• Work across product, engineering, marketing, operations, data, and bank partnerships — but you will be expected to create momentum yourself, not wait for perfect alignment or detailed instructions.
• Use AI tools to move faster: researching, prototyping, analyzing funnels, drafting experiments, stress-testing ideas, and improving internal workflows.
