Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to originate and build data-driven analytics products within Retail Banking Analytics. The role is global and entrepreneurial, with collaboration across ING locations and large-scale AI initiatives that impact the bank.

You will work in a hybrid model at the Vadistanbul office, coordinating with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and transfer capabilities to business units, while maintaining strong communication in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with analytical background in quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics) or equivalent.
• Broad experience leading and delivering analytics use cases and products is required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience and strong communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire analytics product development in prioritised area(s) in RBA from outlining the solution to deployment and value realization.
• Drive product discovery: identify data problems, backlog prioritization and experimental design.
• Develop data-driven product vision, strategy and value propositions for ING and its customers.
• Apply Lean, Agile and Design Thinking to create structured concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to validate ideas and communicate progress.
