You will own the design, daily operation, and continuous improvement of automated, AI-powered marketing processes across campaigns, reporting, and localization. You’ll turn repetitive tasks into reliable systems and ensure quality with strong review and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows with LLM tools.
• Ability to translate business problems into automated processes.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own design, operation, and continuous improvement of AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation and AI agents.
• Build agent workflows for content, reporting, monitoring, localization, and repeatable work.
• Operate workflows daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
• Implement review, brand-safety, and accuracy checks across workflows.
• Collaborate with CEO and marketing leaders to scale solutions across markets.
• Document systems and ensure they are usable by the wider team.
