Job summary

Hiwell is seeking a creative professional to own AI-driven projects from idea to delivery in Turkey. You will build original AI-generated characters and scalable video formats for social platforms, while producing performance creatives for major platforms and transforming RAW footage into engaging ads.

The role emphasizes experimentation, cross-channel storytelling, and collaboration with the Growth team to optimize CTR, CPA, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Confidence using AI creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Ability to move comfortably between AI generation and traditional motion design.
• Experience editing in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
• A portfolio that demonstrates originality, storytelling, and strong visual taste.
• Curiosity: we value experimentation over tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create original AI-generated characters across YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
• Turn characters into scalable video formats and content series.
• Produce performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Transform raw UGC footage into engaging, conversion-focused ads.
• Use motion graphics, typography, animation, and AI tools together.
• Generate multiple creative variations and iterate quickly based on performance.
• Work with Growth team to understand and improve CTR, CPA, retention, and engagement.

What You’ll Create

You'll own creative projects from idea to final delivery.

That means you'll:

• Create original AI-generated characters that become recurring personalities across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Turn those characters into scalable video formats and content series.
• Produce performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Transform raw UGC footage into engaging, conversion-focused ads.
• Use motion graphics, typography, animation, and AI tools together, not separately.
• Generate multiple creative variations and iterate quickly based on performance.
Work closely with the Growth team to understand what drives CTR, CPA, retention, and engagement, then use those insights to improve every new creative.

What We’re Looking For

You probably have most of these:

• Strong motion design experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Confidence using AI creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
