Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering (backend/frontend)
• 3+ years in engineering management or tech lead
• Hands-on with production AI/LLM systems (RAG, prompts, guardrails)
• Experience with conversational AI and chatbot integrations with human escalation
• Comfort with regulated healthcare environments (PHI/PII handling)
• Experience with event-driven data pipelines (Kafka/S3/Snowflake)
• Strong ops mindset: on-call, incident response, observability

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary Engineering team delivering PercyIQ AI features
• Own go-live readiness, testing, and production monitoring for AI features
• Build analytics to measure AI feature usage for stakeholders
• Define AI guardrails, safety, and content grounding
• Ensure PHI/PII protection in collaboration with Legal, Security, Compliance
• Drive translation/localization and multi-language support for non-English members
• Collaborate with Product/UX/Clinical stakeholders on delivery
