Affiliate and Social Commerce Lead

Job summary

theARLab is seeking a senior leader to own and scale affiliate and social commerce across Türkiye. You will define strategies, build creator networks, onboard brands, design commission models, and drive GMV growth while reporting performance to leadership.

You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with influencer, content, and creator squads, with occasional travel to offices in the region to align on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in affiliate, performance or social commerce, ideally within an agency or affiliate network.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate or creator commerce programs in Türkiye.
• Strong knowledge of the Turkish social commerce and marketplace ecosystem.
• Commercial mindset with P&L or revenue ownership.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our offices in Lebanon, Riyadh, Qatar and the UAE.
