Job summary

Sonova Group is hiring a Regional Sales Executive for the Aegean region, based in Izmir. You will cultivate new business, manage time effectively, and coordinate with internal partners to deploy resources efficiently.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, promoting products, and training customers in product fitting and software usage. Travel up to 75% is required, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in hearing healthcare industry and/or business consulting preferred.
• Action oriented, competitive, drives for results, grit and accountability.
• Proficient knowledge of HI technology and industry practices; independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Make required number of sales calls per week to current or new customers within territory.
• Maintain and increase sales of all products within territory.
• Promotion and demonstration of new products.
• Training on the fitting and fine tuning of products and software.
• Coordinates with inside sales to pursue leads and support accounts within territory.
• Collaborates with Regional Directors, Trainers, and Marketing to achieve sales growth objectives.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
