A hospitality management company is seeking a Director of Hotel Operations for its Istanbul location. Director of Hotel Operations vacancy in Istanbul Turkey

General Manager of Operations (Preparation - Opening - Operations). Fully responsible for the management of all stages of the group's subordinate hotels (B&B Hotel, Cultural Tourism Town, Boutique Hotel, etc.) from preparation to opening to operation, as follows:

Responsibilities
  • Preparation period: Responsible for all the work in the preparatory stage of the hotel, set various targets for the preparation of the hotel and implement them according to plan; responsible for the hotel's preliminary positioning; followed up the construction and design of the hotel; responsible for the acceptance of project quality and decoration; ensure the completion, handover and acceptance of the hotel as planned, and the opening of the hotel as planned.
  • Opening preparation: Be responsible for the timely arrival of all equipment and facilities before the opening of the hotel; responsible for the hotel's various licenses and permits.
  • Operation after opening: Organize and formulate the hotel's service standards and working procedures, ensure the hotel's service quality and management level, and build the brand image; achieve the operation targets of each project assigned by the Group.
