We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records for client entities.
- Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies.
- Maintain reconcilations of related-party and third-party accounts.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory compliance requirements.
- Process payroll and associated reporting activities for client employees.
- Coordinate with shared service centers, client teams, and external stakeholders to support accounting, payroll, and tax-related activities.
- Liaise with client tax teams and regulatory authorities as required.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables in line with established controls, service standards, and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and/or payroll administration.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
