TMF Group is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will handle day-to-day accounting for client entities, payroll processing, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, and stakeholder management to coordinate with shared service centers and client teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and/or payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records for client entities.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies.
• Maintain reconciliations of related-party and third-party accounts.
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory compliance requirements.
• Process payroll and associated reporting activities for client employees.
• Coordinate with shared service centers, client teams, and external stakeholders to support accounting, payroll, and tax-related activities.
• Liaise with client tax teams and regulatory authorities as required.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables in line with established controls, service standards, and compliance requirements.
