Job summary

PwC Türkiye is seeking Long Term Trainees for its Eskişehir Acceleration Centre. You will work 4 or 5 days a week, with at least 3 days in the office, in a hybrid setup, supporting research, analysis and project delivery in audits and acceleration center initiatives.

Ideal candidates are 4th year students or recent graduates from Economics/Business faculties, with strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and teamwork orientation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled 4th grade student or new graduate, preferably from Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Available to participate 4 or 5 days a week (at least 3 days at the office)
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Organized and using time effectively
• Easy-learner and a team-player
• Good at multi-tasking
• Proactive and solution oriented personality
• Self-motivated with good communication skills with clients and engagement teams
• Good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications and any accounting/corporate softwares

Responsibilities

• Company and industry research, prepare business analysis framework reports
• Support in the preparation of the analysis of the change between the current year and the previous year
• Support in the planning and delivery part of the Audit / Acceleration Center projects
• Support in the execution of the Audit / Acceleration Center projects, obtaining related necessary working documents and sharing the results
• Support in the managing payable / receivable and banks confirmation process
• Support in the comparison Audit reports and controlling reports’ quality and integrity
