Job Descriptions:
As a senior web developer/designer, you will work closely with various teams, helping to iteratively build new sites and products and grow existing ones. You will translate functional requirements into live, clickable, working sites that look and work great on both desktop and mobile.
You will refine your work through iterative user testing, potentially pairing with experience developers, observing user behaviors, and identifying improvements and modifications.
You will use your HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and JQuery skills to create a clean UI pattern framework that application developers can reuse in the future.
You will advocate for quality assurance of elegant front-end code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ensure UI consistency across multiple platforms.
You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop web-based applications.
Ensure project completion on schedule and maintain high quality, focusing on enterprise solutions like payroll and HR systems.
Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
Design and develop unit tests according to standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of development experience with VB, ASP/ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, MVC frameworks, T-SQL, and MS SQL.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in web application development, Object-Oriented Programming, and API integration.
Experience with source control tools like TFS, SVN, etc.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Willingness to work under pressure and long hours to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills in ASP.Net, Blazor, Bootstrap, or other server-side programming.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and solid programming experience.
