User Experience jobs in Singapore

We’re looking for a sharp UX / UI Designer who’s comfortable navigating both user-driven design and visual interface work. You’ll play a fundamental role in designing and executing digital product experiences that help us drive leads, improve user flows, and deliver on campaign goals — from microsites and landing pages to event activations and interactive assets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Tech Lead, Marketing, and Product to bring holistic digital experiences to life.

• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flow diagrams.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile screens.
• Create visual / interactive UI designs for websites, microsites, apps, landing pages, and other digital products.
• Support campaign rollouts, ensuring UX best practices are used to drive conversions, leads, or KPIs.
• Assist with event activations — designing UI / interaction elements that tie into live or experiential components.
• Conduct usability testing; collect feedback and insights from users, analytics, and stakeholders; iterate accordingly.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, marketing, and creative leads to align designs with technical constraints and business goals.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and style guides.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and flows to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

• 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role (in-house, agency, or product).
• A portfolio demonstrating hands‑on work in user‑centred design, prototypes, UI screens, and interaction.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), InVision (or equivalent).
• Understanding of UX design principles, interaction design, user psychology, and accessibility best practices.
• Some familiarity with front‑end basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus — even if you don’t code regularly.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive and resourceful.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset — you take initiative, embrace challenges, and work well in a dynamic environment.
• Formal design education or equivalent hands‑on experience in a creative discipline (graphic design, digital media, visual communication, etc.) is a plus.
