Job Description

The role will execute day-to-day digital content production, manage social channels and calendars, coordinate programme marketing campaigns, and track basic performance metrics. This is a great role for a mid-level marketer who enjoys creating multimedia content, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage content calendars and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube.
  • Produce short-form videos, student features, reels, IG Stories, and simple motion graphics.
  • Design visuals for campaigns, social posts, and events using Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
  • Support end-to-end photo/video production: simple scripting, filming, editing.
  • Ensure alignment with NUS brand guidelines and maintain the digital asset library.
Programme Marketing Support
  • Coordinate marketing activities for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (brochures, web copy, infographics, email/social assets).
  • Work with internal teams, students/alumni, vendors and agencies on campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist with landing page and microsite updates; provide feedback on user experience.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track basic KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, leads) for campaigns and social channels.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly snapshots and simple insights; flag areas for optimisation.
Communications & Branding
  • Support brand consistency across presentations, publications and digital collateral.
  • Assist with flagship events and milestones (content capture, on-site social coverage, post-event recaps).
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with students, faculty, researchers, admin staff, alumni, healthcare partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with media and event organisers when required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Graphic Arts or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in marketing, digital communications or content creation.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Familiar with video editing software such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro & Premier Pro; and with operating a DSLR camera and LightRoom.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4, SEO/SEM, social analytics and paid campaign coordination.
  • Bonus: experience with Sitecore, Tableau or UX/UI.
  • Excellent time management; meticulous, resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of English.
