We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable backend systems using Java, Python and related technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance APIs and services that power our applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (preferably Java 8+).


• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.


• Optimize application performance and scalability.


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.


• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.


• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluations.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.


• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).


• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.


• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).


• Experience with version control systems like Git.


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.


• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).


• Experience/exposure with AI technologies & tools usage


• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in backend development using Java,Python.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).


• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).


• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
