Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The Physical Security System and Data team will lead physical security system lifecycle (SDLC) from design, implementation and maintenance, such as enterprise video management systems, physical access control systems, key management systems. Our focus is on leveraging systematic tools to enhance physical security management and protect the company's global operations aligned with our security strategy.

• Strategic Leadership: Direct and guide the global physical security system and data team in comprehensive development, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives and projects.
• System Design: Design and implement core physical security system structure including access control, surveillance system.

Explore higher-standard security digital solutions to create industry-leading products and solutions.

• System Maintenance: Maintaining a healthy and stable system status to support onsite security operation by performing regular audits against industry best practices and remediate discovered vulnerabilities in partnership with stakeholders.
• Data and Access Management: Develop a comprehensive physical security data governance and system access framework to support daily operations, protect data security and system security.
• Risk Management: Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats.

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience designing, deploying and maintaining global, enterprise video management systems or physical access control systems.
  • Deep expertise with a variety of security technologies and manufacturers and familiarity with international regulations and standards related to physical security system.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage security systems from conception through implementation, including vendor management, system design, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and mentor teams with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or higher.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work efficiently with global stakeholders.
