Electrical Maintenance Lead: Safety‑Focused Operations
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Singapore to ensure the safe and reliable execution of electrical maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries, a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, and strong hands-on expertise in low and medium voltage systems. This role involves supervision of teams, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with engineers to execute maintenance programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries.
- Proven experience in supervising technicians and contractors while enforcing safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with PLC systems - familiarity with DCS will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and compliant operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and applicable electrical codes and standards.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks and toolbox meetings.
