HSE Officer — Site Safety & Compliance Lead
Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Health and Safety Manager responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and WSHO registration, alongside a minimum of five years of experience in industrial and construction projects. Responsibilities include maintaining HSE documentation, organizing training, and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- At least five (5) years’ experience in industrial buildings and process plant construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring consortium HSE program and policies.
- Maintain HSE Management System (HSEMS) documentation.
- Organise HSE campaigns and training courses.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports according to client’s format.
- Participate in all HSE inspections of the work site.
