A leading international equipment manufacturer is seeking a SEAP Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Southeast Asia Pacific. The role involves managing distributor networks, enhancing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 2–5 years of experience in a B2B environment. Fluency in English and French is essential, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years in a technical-commercial or business engineering role within an international B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks and developing regional sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 40–60% of working time).
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the distribution network across SEAP.
- Strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Implement commercial policy established by management.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and customer events.
