We are seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program, supporting a range of new and existing initiatives related to AML workflows.

• Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation
• Driving business discussions and managing the project scope
• Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates
• Supporting the project delivery phases, especially during analysis, design, and testing phases
• Ability to support the Project Manager when required

• 7+ years of experience in the banking industry
• 7+ years of experience as an FBA working in technical delivery
• Previous experience working on workflow systems
• Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivering large-scale projects and programs
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders with minimal supervision
• Experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain, and data analytics
• Technical experience is a plus

• Working with users to understand requirements
• Collaborating with technical delivery teams to understand solutions
• Ability to capture and document user requirements and solutions
