Post Sales Engineer
Working days & hours : 5days, Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm
Location: Maxwell
Salary: $5000 - $6000 + AWS + Bonus
- Lead post-sale implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and tailor deployments accordingly.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
- Develop and document best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.
- Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive follow‑up.
- Identify product enhancement opportunities and relay feedback to internal teams.
- With 3 - 5 years of experience working in technical post‑sales, implementation, or systems engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring.
- Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
- Exposure to any scripting technology (batch/unix shell/powershell) is a plus.
- Exposure to Cloud architecture, Containers, DevOps is a plus.
- Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.
