Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking individuals to provide therapy support for members. Responsibilities include conducting blood pressure measurements, assisting physiotherapists, and ensuring safety during therapy sessions. Candidates should possess GCE 'N' or 'O' levels and preferably hold a WSQ Certificate in Therapy Support. Proficiency in English and one other language is required. The role emphasizes service orientation and teamwork, making it well-suited for dedicated individuals in the healthcare field.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' levels required.
- WSQ Certificate in Therapy Support or relevant healthcare certificate is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in English and one other language is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and record blood pressure measurement.
- Assist in setting up equipment.
- Monitor members during therapy sessions.
- Perform basic data entry and retrieval.
Skills

- Conduct & record blood pressure measurement.
- Assist in setting up equipment.
- Assist the physiotherapists in assisting & supervising members in the performance of exercises.
- Monitor members during therapy sessions to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Perform basic data entry and data retrieval.
- Creating, filing, and maintaining members' database.
- Follow-up with members.
- Perform cleaning of equipment regularly or when required.
- Perform routine checks on equipment & assist in infection control.
- Any other duties assigned by physiotherapists.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels.
- WSQ Certificate in Therapy Support or relevant healthcare certificate preferred.
- Has the heart to serve.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and 1 other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil). Ability to converse in local dialects will be an added advantage.
- Service-oriented and patient-focused.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft 365.
- Experience in caring for Persons with Parkinson or relevant years of experience would be an added advantage.
