Role Summary

Motion Graphics Designer for a major tourism brand. You'll lead visual identity across social, focusing on motion, design, and photography. Requires a self-starter to own template creation and high-impact animation while ensuring brand consistency in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Role
  • Graphic Design: Design all static graphic assets for social channels, including infographics, carousels, and digital banners.
  • Photography: Play a key role in supporting the social team by taking photos that feed into the wider content calendar. Excellent artistic vision combined with exceptional technical expertise.
  • Visual Adaptations: Manage video adaptations, such as precision subtitling, reformatting, and resizing video assets to ensure optimisation for various social platforms.
  • Efficiency & Consistency: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of visual and motion graphic templates to increase production efficiency and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to the client’s brand guidelines and visual voice while continuously exploring innovative ways to push the visual boundaries of the brand.
  • Trend & Innovation: Stay on top of global and local design, motion graphics, and visual trends, proactively sharing these insights to help the team experiment with new ways of telling the client’s brand story.
  • Collaboration: Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions, partnering with the creative team to bring concepts to life through design and motion.
You
  • 3+ years of experience creating awesome visual graphic work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience.
  • High proficiency in using specific motion graphics and design software packages, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and motion design principles.
  • Having the ability to shoot stills/photos for social content is an imperative.
  • Experience in HTML /web design is a nice-to-have.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality visual effects, animations, and digital designs.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and a self-starter with a track record of strong performance and commitment to problem-solving.
  • Experience in maintaining client brand guidelines and ensuring visual output is consistent across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
Contract type: 2 years fixed term contract
