Position: Student Academic Mentor / Academic Advisor

We are seeking a Student Academic Mentor who is passionate about supporting students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with students and parents to develop personalized academic plans, monitor academic progress, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure student success.
- Provide guidance to students on career development, academic planning and personal growth strategies for students
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help students identify strengths, interest, and educational pathways
- Coordinate communication between students, parents, and teachers
- Monitor student performance and help implement effective learning strategies
- Offer tailored support for international students, particularly those with a Chinese background
- Manage student discipine and behavior
- Perform ay other ad-hoc duties to support institutional goals and student success
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience with Singapore GCE A Level/international A Level curriculum (teaching, studying, or advising)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to student success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in academic mentoring, tutoring, or education consulting is preferred
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm
