Job summary
A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-million dollar projects involving Bungalow, Detached Houses, and Landed Properties. The role involves managing project planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring timely completion and collaboration with various teams. Candidates should hold a degree in Architecture and have 2 to 4 years of relevant project management experience. A competitive salary package of $4,800 - $6,500 plus bonuses is offered.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline.
- 2 - 4 years Project Management experience in Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose concepts in accordance with URA zoning.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to completion.
- Promote team collaboration and enhance project management processes.
Project Manager is to manage multi-millions Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.
- Work Hours: Mon to Fri
- $4,800 - $6,500 Basic + Bonus
- Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties Project Management
- Project Planning & Feasibility - Lead feasibility studies and concept proposals in line with URA zoning, coordinating with consultants to evaluate project viability, financial returns, and alignment with investment objectives.
- Design & Construction Oversight - Drive end-to-end project execution, from design submissions and tendering to construction supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion with all authority approvals.
- Leadership & Process Excellence - Foster collaboration across teams, implement project management frameworks, and champion continuous improvement for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline
- 2 - 4 years Project Management experience in Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties
