Job summary
A local ballet school in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle customer enquiries, assist with payment collection, and manage communications with parents and teachers. The ideal applicant is motivated, meticulous, and has proficiency in English. This role involves administrative tasks, including stock counting and general housekeeping. Part-time applicants for weekends are welcome.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle customer enquiries via various communication channels.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' and parents' enquiries through various channels.
- Assist in collecting payment of school fees and sales of merchandise.
- Work closely with teachers and communicate effectively with parents.
- Manage basic paperwork such as attendance marking and filing documents.
- Conduct inventory checks of merchandise stock.
Skills
- Handle customers' and parents' enquiries (walk-in, emails, phone calls, text)
- Assist in collecting payment of school fees and sales of merchandise / attire
- Work closely with the teachers and communicate effectively to the parents
- Basic paper works (attendance marking, filing of documents, printing newsletter)
- Counting of merchandise stock quantity.
- General housekeeping
- Writing and speaking proficiency in English
- Motivated and hardworking

5 works days including weekends.
Weekdays: 11am - 930pm
Weekends (Sat & Sun): 830am - 930pm (2 Shift)
