Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced professional for civil and structural design projects. You will develop CAD drawings and BIM models, guide junior designers, and ensure project specifications are met. Candidates should have a diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience. BIM certification is advantageous. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in civil or structural design.
• BIM certification or diploma is an advantage.
• Experience in BIM production within a contractor environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective framework for drawing and BIM model production.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings and BIM models that meet project specifications.
• Lead and guide junior designers in producing high-quality drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure proper management and organization of CAD/BIM files in accordance with workflow standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE qualification in Civil, Structural, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in civil or structural design within an engineering consultancy preferred.
• BIM certification or diploma will be an advantage.
• Experience in BIM production within a contractor environment will be highly regarded.
