Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to oversee the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in education, tuition and enrichment, and involves working with Centre Managers to drive performance, raise standards and develop a high-performing team.

Salary ranges from SGD 7,000 to SGD 9,000 per month, with primary work across outlets and regular HQ

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the tuition, enrichment, education industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity, overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle-management teams.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, manpower and operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Centre Managers across multiple locations, ensuring each centre achieves business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance including sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards, and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and support Centre Managers.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, service quality, SOPs across locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and centre performance.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational initiatives and system implementations.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings and relocations.
